Nutrition Month Celebration
Foods? This are the things that we take in/eat that gives us all
the nutrients we need so that we have enough energy to do all the task
that are given to us, especially to children or student like me.
We must always put in mind that not all foods are healthy. There
are some those instead of giving us strength they make us weak and sick. What I
am referring to are the “junk foods” junk foods are very popular to us because
their taste is very good to the point that it is addictive. There are those
that we can not resist once we’ve taste them.
Now is the time to make a
change and we should stop eating junk foods! We should not let our body be
destroyed by bad preservatives. It’s not yet too late.
This month of July is the
world wide nutrition month celebration. Let us help one another to promote a
healthy lifestyle. The proper food that we must eat are vegetable. Vegetables
are very important in our daily meal. You now why? Because almost all of the vitamins
and minerals needed by our body are found in them like; Vitamin C, Vitamin B1 (Thiamin),
Niacin, Riboflavin,
Vitamin B6, Folic
Acid (Folacin), Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin),
Vitamin A, Vitamin
D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Biotin,
Pantothenic Acid and others. Some
examples of vegetables are eggplant, cabbage, beans, string beans, letus,
potato, carrots and others.
Lets us
stop thinking that vegetables don’t taste good, because we are wrong it is time
to correct it all of vegetables are delicious it’s us who really need to
appreciate it. Let’s think now and eat veggies before it too late.
